Software & File Formats

We have lots of software and can recognize and process many different file formats. If you don’t see your file format listed here, give us a call at 518.783.6044 and we’ll work with you to get your job run.

  • Microsoft Office:  Including Word, Excel, Power Point (.doc, .xls, ppt.)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Including Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign (.pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tif, .indd)
  • Quark XPress and Microsoft Publisher (qxd, .pub)
  • Oce Publisher | Oce Reprodesk | Oce Publisher Select (large format) (.plt, .pef, .pln, .dwf, .tif and .ldf)

Encryption

We can compress your files into a ZIP file and encrypt that file with a password of your choice to ensure confidentiality and security of your documents. We can then scan your job and save it as an Adobe PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) file which then can be saved to any digital format (Flash Drive, CD, DVD, Hard Drive, Cloud Storage) and be sent via email to any computer  The file can then be opened using the AdobeReader software and printed, Available for free download below.
